Basically I am trying to use my own database and my own method for authenticate users.
If the user name and p/w are correct, I wish I can authenticate users by code, something like
"User.Identity.IsAuthenticated = True", but I know it's readonly property.
So my question is that, how can we do that? or do I have to implement membershipProvider's ValidateUser() function?
