Hi
I've built an application form for a client. It's nothing special, just a load of TextBoxes in a Wizard control, but there are 13 steps and nearly a thousands TextBoxes in total.
I don't even have to do anything particularly special with it - just output the submission as a HTML page (a big load of tables - and yes it is tabulated data!), and save it on the server and put a link to the generated file in the database.
I've been at it all day writing the form and assigning all the TextBoxes unique descriptive IDs.
My question is regarding the generation of the results page. Essentially it needs to be in the same format as the input form, but with the submitted values displayed instead of the TextBoxes, and on a single page rather than in a multi-step Wizard.
What would be the best way of going about generating the results page and saving it to the server?
Initially I thought about creating a similar webform with Literals instead ...
