After installing .net 3.5 sp1 , I can't create files in asp.net website from web page

After installing .net 3.5 sp1 , I was not able to create files using asp.net and gives an execption :"Access to the path 'D:\test\WebSites\WebSite1\js' is denied" . although I set asp.net account to write permissions .
