How to add namespaces to a set of aspx.vb/aspx files

Hi,
I want to know how to add namespaces to a set of aspx.vb/aspx files.  But I don't know the proper way to do it.  I know I could have everything in one file, but I know that it's better practice to separate them.  Could anyone give me some guidance on how to make the "DataView" datatype available in my code?
