I have a database from a client that is about 600MB in SQL Server 2008 R2 SP 1 (v. 10.50.2500).
I have tried to restore this to my SQL Server 2008 Express (v. 10.00.1600.22) This fails. And I know why. You can not restore backwards.
But, I noticed you can now download a SQL Server 2008 R2 Express. (10.50.1600.1) Will I be able to restore the database from R2 SP1 into this Express
version? ( As long as I stay under the 10GB limit of course)
