Possible to convert Response.write to link

I have this Response.Write code stub:
<% Response.Write("<a href='SomeCustomer.aspx?customerid=" & Request.QueryString("customerid") & "'>Customer(" & Session("customerCode") & ")</a>")%>
Is it possible to convert the above code to use a Hyperlink?
