Referencing Boolean Value in Data Grid from For Each Loop - How?

I have a data grid that has one column that is a boolean value. In the datagrid I have it bound to a checkbox (true = checked). Now I want to reference that boolean value while I create an email. I want to convert that "True" value into a text string on the email. I am not sure how to reference the gridRow.Cell Boolean. Here is my code so far:
