RegEx for Memo max characters

Hi,
I am trying to add a regex to validate a memo maximum 200 characters but allow any charaters, I do not want to specifiy all the charaters can I use a wilcard?
 
^[a-zA-Z0-9'@,()&#.\s]{1,200}$  
Any help is appreciated.
