print the contents of a textbox

I have a gridview  which returns several rows for example
 
customerId1, customerFName ,customer LastName, InvoiceTotal1
customerId1, customerFName ,customer LastName, InvoiceTotal2
customerId1, customerFName ,customer LastName, InvoiceTotal3
customerId1, customerFName ,customer LastName, InvoiceTotal4
 
I want to display the information as
Dear CustomerFname CutomerLName your records show
InvoiceTotal1
InvoiceTotal2
invoiceTotal3
InvocieTotal4
 
I was able to store customerFName and customterLastName in a textbox.
What I was thinking of doing is
Dear txtCustomerFname.text  txt CutomerLName.text  your records show
