Ho wto create the hyperlink for Image?

If I click the Image  it should Postback to some website like Google.com.
But I need to use the same Image in any where of socila network site.(Google+,Fb,twiter,etc...)
If I upload the same image to fb in my galery, if anybody click the same image it should redirect to PostbackUrl.
how to create it using C#.net?
