I have two servers running Windows 2003 Standard Ed. Server1 currently hosts some asp.net Web sites that pull data from SQL databases running on SQL 2008 Server Express Edition. I would like to move the asp.net web sites to Server2. I have moved 1 site,
however am getting errors in Visual Web Developer Express 2008 ed with the local ASPNETDB.MDF file. I am talking about the ASPNETDB.MDF file located in the Web contents folder on the server's D drive, in the App_Data folder.
I am able to open ASPNETDB.MDF in SQL Server Mangement Studio without issue, being logged in there using windows authentication. In VWD; if I click on Data Connections and test the connection to ASPNETDB.MDF, I get an error "Login failed for user "Server2\administrator".
