Currently, i'm trying and researching on how to use jquery and responsive web page design on the desktop and mobile phone for my website. However, i'm wondering if there is an android emulator for me in Visual Studio 2012 to run my project on localhost rather
than publishing it online all the time and run it on my phone to test as it will be quite inconvinent.
