I don't know how to present this question without dumping a lot of code here. So, please forgive me the code.
I am working on a quiz app that I got from this link:

I have done a lot of googling to see if anyone is having same problem I am having but so far, none.
My issue is that data is not getting inserted into the database.
Only difference between my version and the original version is that my version uses my custom built loging table while the version from that link uses Membership for user authentication.
I am getting any errors but data is not getting inserted into the database.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
