<blush>I can't find the ASP.NET Web Site Administration Tool.</blush> I'm using VS Express 2012 for Web.
I see instructions saying it can be accessed by:
clicking ASP.NET Configuration from the Website menu (where's the Website menu?),
from Project menu in Visual Studio 2010 Professional (it's not in Express' Project menu), or
by clicking on the ASP.NET Configuration icon in the Solution Explorer window (I have 8 buttons in the solution explorer windoow, none of which is Web Site Admin)
I want to use the tool to create users and roles.
