If my web form is a content page linked to a Master page, How can I deal with the Ajax Controls Toolkit objects?

I have the following code to perform popup calendar. I am using the Ajax Calendar control. What are the other things that I should add (for example the Ajax Script Manager) into either the same content page or the Master Page?
