Pointing DateTime Format from Resx

Hi, how do i get the datetime format from Resx file. For example i want to point from
<asp:TextBox CssClass="textBox" ReadOnly="true" ID="StartDate" Text="<%# DateTime.Now.AddDays(1).ToString() %>" runat="server" /> to this
<asp:TextBox CssClass="textBox" ReadOnly="true" ID="StartDate" Text="<%# DateTime.Now.AddDays(1).ToString(Get Format From Resx) %>" runat="server" /> This is setting in Test.resx 
DateFormat : dd/MM/yyyy
