Need help to handle session in HTTP handler

Hi All,
I have aspx page. In this page, I used the javascript (.js) file which is loading some contain dynamicaly on to the aspx page .  The javascript have  cal  to HTTP handler in order to retive data from the server.  The problem is,  I set session variable in aspx page but I am not able to access that session variable in HTTP handler. How i could solve this problem.
