Interface in Design mode is not Identical to the Running Mode

I became with a problem of Controls positioning. When I position the interface controls to become well organised and positioned, this organisation and positioning become different in the Running Mode.
When I use the margin-left property and fix it to be the same for all, the problem still there and isn't solved.
