With out For Each How to get data using Linq

Dim result = From data As GridViewRow In gvGetJobs.Rows Where (DirectCast(data.FindControl("chkSelect"), RadioButton).Checked) Select gvGetJobs.Rows(data.RowIndex)
For Each row As GridViewRow In result         Job_Number = row.Cells(2).Text.ToString() Next
Only one data is there in "result" variable. But I am not able to take With out For Each loop Directly.
So How to i take that one Row value.(Only one data is there)
