Execute Server Function From Client Side (Javascript)

Hi, Guyz, I Have 2 Pages . Parent Page - Popup Page
When Click On Parent Page Popup Page Opens With DataGrid, & When I Select An Employee From DataGrid, Popup Closed And Comes To Parents.
Question: When Popup Close And Returns To Parent I Wanted To Execute Function How Can I Achieve This ?
