Can't start SQL 2012 services in Server 2012: SQLAgent$CSS and MSSQL$CSS

Hey all, I'm running a dual server environment of MS Server 2012 where Server A is handling AD/DC and Server B is handling RDS.  I installed SQL 2012 Express on Server B but I can not get either SQLAgent$CSS and MSSQL$CSS to start.  I am logged in as Administrator on our domain.  Part of the problem seems to be that, for whatever reason, it is looking for the database files on my e: (DVD-ROM).  I am also unsure if I have a login problem, as well.  I'm not very familiar with SQL and tech support for our inventory software company can't seem to isolate the problem, so they installed SQL 2005 instead, which is acting really buggy for our end users.  Here is the log file.  Any help would be much appreciated! 2013-07-22 11:52:07.34 Server      Microsoft SQL Server 2012 - 11.0.2100.60 (X64)  Feb 10 2012 19:39:15  Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation Express Edition (64-bit) on Windows N ...
