Subdomains and my CMS

Hey guys, I am pretty new to asp.net. But i had decided that php is to slow for my project. So whatever. I have adapted my php cms to asp.net. I have for each service a subdomain which the physical path is a subfolder of my main folder. eg. : wwwroot -admin -api --querys ---test.aspx ---test2.aspx --Default.aspx --Default.Master -bin -core --classes --modules --template -Includes --pages --modules Default.aspx Default.master Now i want to do it like i did it in php. I got a subdomain api.domain.com which physical path is located in the api folder. I got a subdomain m.domain.com which physical path is located in the mobile subfolder. The domain.com`s physical path is the root dir. When i now open api.domain.com or m.domain.com then i got an parse error. Unable to load type ..... how can i configure iis or asp to get the needed files from the parent bin folder ? Thanks in advance ...
