Clear all controls

Hi all ! I know it may be very easy. But i am not able to do this.
Actually i want to just clear all the controls. The fuction works fine in particular pages. But when i put the method in app_code's c# file, it does not work at all
Please help me. Thanks in advance.
Here is my coding:-
