change Gridview row with up and down on button click

Hi All, I have a Gridview. Fields are populated in columns using ItemTemplate. I have 4 columns and 3 rows. I am displaying data for all the fields in textboxes within the Itemtemplate. I have 2 buttons up and down. I want to move my rows up if up button is clicked and down if down button is clicked. Please help me how can I achieve this.
