App Pool Resets due to excessive memory usage.

We were running a ASP.Net 2.0 applcation on the Data Center's Web Server.  We were required to have all of our 2.0 applications upgraded to 4.0.  The application was upgrade to 4.0 and moved to the 4.0 application pool.  Suddenly that application pool started experiencing a number of resets each day because of excessive memory use.  It was moved into its own application pool, and still experienced slow loads and application pool resets.
I was requested to examine the source code for this application to attempt to determine why these issues were being presented.
I noted that at least 3 and sometimes as many as 5 third party assembly were being registered on each page.  I also noted that a Bettonni Software tool was being used on many of the pages that caused the most issues.  In seraching the web Ithe only references to this company I found were addresses on business listings.  The link in these business listings to me to ...
