Altering The ON UPDATE| ON DELETE options of existing Foreign Key Constraints

Hi can anyone tell me how to Alter the ON UPDATE | ON DELETE options of an existing Foreign Key constraint in a table, and change the ON DELETE NO ACTION to ON DELETE CASCADE and ON UPDATE NO ACTION to ON UPDATE CASCADE, without dropping and recreating the constraint. IT is possible using SQL Management Tools, but i want a query or stored procedure format of this option. ...
