Hi all,
I searched and found two open source with name OpenCart and Spree Commerce. My goal is creating and developing web portal. It will manage, allow users register and create their store online. After users create their store online, they will manage theirself.
So if you have experience about these open source, can I use one of them to develop my goal ?
