I am using azure blob storage to store a game as a zip file.  I would like to make a small application to manage the download, or perhaps use an existing one.  i would like to show my company logo and maybe an image in a download app.  When completed, the download app then launches the install of the game.
I am not sure where to start.  Is there anything out there that can be adapted to this?  Blog Storage just uses HTTP, so it seems some existing HTTP tool is probably already out there.  Any suggestions?
There is also a blob library that might be the way to go.
I am not sure the best way to start.  I dont want to re-invent the wheel.  My over riding goal is good customer service for the end user, to have a good download experience.  (approx download size 5 gigs.)
If I do write something custom it would either be windows forms or windows WPF in C#.
