Hi
I have a Gridview1 with employee photos in Column 1 and their FirstName in Column 2.
What code would I need to use so that when they click on their photo, the ASP.NET fileuploader control opens up so they can choose a new local png for their photo (then I would need to refresh the page so that the new photo is shown for them)?
