Hi All,
In VS2010(Framework 4.0) I have four web applications in one solution. These are in vb.net.
For each web application, I have App_Code folder. This contains MasterPage and related class files. This is in c#.
I am facing few problems here. When I debug one of the web applications, I am getting an error as below:
An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request
Compilation Error Message CS0246. The type or namespace **** could not be found.
This error is pointing to my master page class file which is in app_code folder.
After browsing through the forums,I understood that App_Code should be placed in solution and not in each web app.
So I moved it to Solution(Added a new solution folder). Still the same error.
I even renamed the folder App_Code as per one of the posts in some forums.Still the same error.
How do I resolve this issue/?
