Chrome "This page has insecure content." issue any fixes?

Hello All,
        Am working on a music project here i will show my music document in a print scorch page, it is working fine in IE when it comes to chrome it is throwing as "This page has insecure content." 
       Am using a Sibelius software to display my scorch(.sco) file.The following is a sample URL working in IE but not in chrome.
