tracking of shipments

hi everyone,
              i am doing a project for a courier service. he wants to add the tracking feature for his own like he is manually entering the tracking number like CUST1024.when the customer enter the number the details of the shipment are displayed . But the actual problem is not this, he is shipping the couriers with the help of other major logistics group like blue dart, dtdc etc. that is the actual tracking number is provided by the logistics company. when the customer enter the tracking number the actual tracking number is also showing as a link and when the customer click the link it should redirect to the corresponding logistics companies tracking page. please help me. im a beginner
