I need a simply solution. I;m hoping someone here can recommend something. I have a simple page in the works...located here:

It's a simple page that lets end users look through hundreds of boring forms and reports. All the data displayed on the page is coming from a SQL Server table.
In most cases, the Description contents in the table is longer than I'd like to display on the page. At the moment, I'm just cutting it off after 75 characters. What I'd LIKE to do and have seen this often, it is to stop at about 60 characters, and have
some kind of "..more.." hyperlink. Or perhaps a small GIF icon. When the icon/link is clicked....or even moused over, a small pop up appears showing the complete description. Then, by mousing off or clicking a "Close" bu ...
