17207 Open: operating system error 32 (the process cannot access the file because it is in use by another process)

MSSQL Server 2005

This problem just started recently, no updates done to the server lately.  Restarting the service fixes the problem but I'd like to find out what process is locking up the database.  I tried ProcessExplorer but I couldn't tell what has the database open.
