FileUpload gives: is a physical path, but a virtual path was expected.

Ok, this particular program has been working fine for many months and suddenly stopped working.
It gives the exception:  'F:/Domains/CatMgr/wwwroot/images/0/Products/ico/' is a physical path, but a virtual path was expected.
If however, I change this to a virtual path, I get this error:
The SaveAs method is configured to require a rooted path, and the path 'images/0/Products/ico/36.jpg' is not rooted.
So no matter which I use it complains.
