I have a 4.5 WebForm application where I've mapped the CDN scripts below. When I view the page's source I see that it creates a WebResource.axd and ScriptResource.axd. The weird thing is that the content of ScriptResource.axd is EXACTLY the same as WebUIValidation.js and WebResource.axd is EXACTLY the same as WebForms.js. Both WebUIValidation.js and WebForms.js references that I'm including are pointing to the CDN.
Is there a way to prevent the axd files from generating since I am already including the files from the CDN? Do I have to register the CDN scripts a different way? Basically I want to avoid having two resources from being downloaded to the client if they are redundant.
