Open a new window from Server side button click event

Hi,
I need to open a new window with full screen from server side button click event.
I have used the below is the code to open a new window
ScriptManager.RegisterStartupScript(this, typeof(string), "OPEN_WINDOW", "window.open(' " + url + "', '', 'fullscreen=yes,resizable=no,scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,menubar=no,status=yes' );", true); The issue with this is it opens a full window without browser frame(close and minimize options)
Help me to sort the issue.
