To Delete User From A Role Using a Database Trigger

Hi,
     I wanted to delete a user from a role using a trigger.
     The "aspnet_UsersInRoles" table  contains pairs of UserId and RoleId.
     My Question is whether deliting the record corresponding to a given User Id and specified role Id Will suffice. or do i have to affect changes anywhere
     else in the membership database to do this.
