SQL LocalDB work with multithreading

Hello,
I want to use SQL LocalDB 2012 instead of SQL Server express 2008 in my application and, as I ask many query to my BD at the same time, I was wondering if localDB work fine with multithreading. Does it slow down if it had to handle many query at the same ? Is there a way to "hack" it so it would go faster ?
