I am building a web site where all of the pages will be layed out the same. The only thing that will be different will be the contenty in each page. I have done this many times, but, for some reason I am havinbg trouble with this site because it is a responsive
design. I have a root page, a banner, a content section that has two sections, and a footer. Here is my mark up.
