missing decimal point

 HI,
 I have the following:
    private Decimal num1;
    private Decimal num2;

num1= Decimal.Parse(txtnum1.Text);
num2= Decimal.Parse(txtnum2.Text);

decimal Calculation = num1+ num2;
the code works fine on my local machine and I get a return of e.g. 22.00 however when I put this code on my hosting server, the decimal points disappear leaving the value looking like 2200. How do I get the decimal points back?
Please help
