Dynamically Generated Question

Hi,

I am working on a webapp which is Kind of Job Application Portal.
In this Application when Admin Created a Job Advert, he is supposed to add some question for ehich Answer is either Yes or No.

Now in the Applicant Side , I want to show those questions with Radio button to mark applicant's answer. and I dont want the applicants to be able to submit the application unless they have answered all of this questions.

Can some one please give me an Idea about how to do that.

Also there are some question which have Strict knock out so if answer to them is no, I want to set the application status as rejected but I guess thats doable once I figure out how to display and validate the question.
