Drop down value bindings with jquery

Let us say i have below control on my webfarm.
a)Dropdownlist
b)text Box c)text box d)list box e)DDL.
I am using choosing values from b,c,d,e to fetch values from back-end  and display data  grid.
Autmatically saving the filtename in  drop down a(ex:john filter 12/3/2013 10:30:45).
DDL  a) will have filttername 'john filter 12/3/2013 10:30:45 ' as text and value as xml string(with b,c,d,e).
Later point of time use re-calls the filte i am biniding b,c,d,e control values in select index changed event A)DDL (What are the choosen values for filter  'john filter 12/3/2013 10:30:45 ').
This causing postback,how can implement this functionality with JQUERY
