Business logo not in body of email but as a file attachment.

I have this code working in another web page. I click the button and an email is sent to my box with my business logo appended below my signature at the bottom of the email.  In the below code, the jpg file is arriving in my emailbox as a file attachment. This is not good. I did a direct copy and paste from the the other page where it works. As I see this, the only difference is that this function below uses some parameters whereas the function that displays my logo below my signature does not have parameters. I really don't see how this can affect the way the jpg arrives in my email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
