I think what I want to do is learn asp web pages - it's perfect for some simple web tools that I want to build I believe. But there is something completely separate that I want to do: be able work with text files. Basically, I want to read them in and
manipulate them. Should I use C# in Visual Studio for this or does asp.net offer something? What's the best way to go?
