Windows Authentication in windows 7

I have a created new web app in windows 7 in .Net framework 4.5
And I am using   Response.Write(HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name.ToString());  
and it is null always.
If I do the same thing in Other OS it is working absolutely fine. It is not working only in Windows 7. Any Suggestions!!!
