No Controls in Tool box

Hi expert, I tried to install visual web express and after it is finished, it required installing service pack 1. I installed it. But when I open the VWE, there is no control in the toolbox. I tried to add the controls, but it say it needs vc_runtime__x 86.msi for visual C++ 2010. Where to download it? Thank you!
