at runtime ..I am geeting data in 1st dropdownlist
RStoCombo("select department_name,department_code from departments order by department_name", 0, 1, txddlist, "")
but not getting data from databse in 2nd dropdownlist
RStoCombo("select DISTRICT_NAME,DISTRICT_CODE from DISTRICT order by DISTRICT_NAME", 0, 1, txddlist1, "")
plz help me what is problem......i am helpless
