I have installed sql server management studio 2012..... When i try to connect to a server with
windows authentication and server type of database engine , there is no local server in browse option , so i typed manually with several options like
APPHOST
APPHOST\SQLEXPRESS
.
.\SQLEXPRESS
localhost
localhost\SQLEXPRESS
ip address
ip address\SQLEXPRESS
.... but nothing is working... I tried reinstalling the SSM Studio. No response.Same Problem
Please help me in connecting this
