how do i send data ( name and picture ) to a DB and retrive the data on a browser with details or grid view.

I have the below controls and code in c# and i want to upload a picture and name on a textbox when i click on the submit button, send the information to a database table, retrive the name and picture from the database and display the picture in thumbnial and name  on a browser with a grid or details view.

My question is, how do i send this data to a DB and retrive the data on a browser with details or grid view.
